What is txload and what does the value represent?

The txload is the transmit utilisation of your link represented out of 255.
If you line is totally unused with no traffic going over it a score of 1/255 will be shown, a value of 255/255 means the line is running at full capacity and hence 128/255 is 50% utilised.

The applies to the rxload which will indicate the receive utilization of the line.
