Recently I have been playing with different applications for automatic online backup solutions.
I have so far looked at over 7 different applicatiosn and solutions and so far find Memopal the best for people in an office environment behind a firewall.
It gives you 3GB of free space, or if you are willing to part with some of your hard earned cash, you can get 200GB for around $49 a year. The upload speeds are not fantastic and the first time it backups you files will take a little bit of time, but from then on it's seamless and not something you ever have to worry about again.
They also have a free iPhone app which allows you to view and share you files right from your phone.
